Evan Lebo

worship PASTOR

Evan joined the McBIC staff in May 2017 and served as the middle school youth pastor until 2025, when he began his role as worship pastor. He is passionate about helping people experience God’s presence and follow Jesus more faithfully—in our worship services and beyond!

Evan graduated from Messiah College in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Christian ministries with a concentration in youth ministry. Currently, he is pursuing his master’s degree in leadership through Asbury Theological Seminary, set to graduate in May 2025. 

In addition to his work as McBIC’s worship pastor, he is part of the mentor program at Mechanicsburg Middle School. In his free time, Evan enjoys woodworking, playing golf, being outdoors, playing music, or spending time with his family. He and his wife, Lauren, have been married since June 2019 and live in Mechanicsburg with their daughters, Nora and Maya, and their dog, Uno.
