Volunteer Information
We need adult leaders to invest in the lives of our youth. If you have a willing heart and a desire to connect with our teens, consider serving as a small group leader in middle school or high school youth! Our small group leaders mentor students from one grade and gender (e.g. 6th grade boys, 11th grade girls) and are expected to attend weekly youth group and other special events throughout the year.
To be considered for leadership in McBIC Youth, any interested volunteer must attend McBIC for at least six months and complete the following steps:
