Our Values
With Jesus at the center, McBIC has eight core values that make up who we are and what is most important to us. These values are the DNA of our local church body.
Worship and Prayer – We make communion with God the foundation for our faith.
Transparency – We come to Jesus and each other just as we are.
Maturity and Integrity – We practice a healthy culture of respect and compassion, where the important things stay important.
Healing – We pursue restoration, justice, and wholeness for all people—spiritually, emotionally, physically, and relationally.
Togetherness – We commit to one another by bearing burdens and loving unconditionally.
Discipleship – We become more like Jesus every day and show others how to do the same.
Partnership – We choose to work and serve together in the church and with the community.
Missional Living – We carry the hope of Jesus Christ to those in our spheres of influence.
