Salt & Light, McBIC’s small group for singles over 40, is hosting a pizza dinner and game night on Friday, May 31 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. RSVP to Jen Boswell: 717-602-6118.
All young adults (18 to 30s, single and engaged/married) are invited to the McBIC Young Adult Retreat. Join us for a weekend of extended sabbath with time for worship, rest, and fun as we focus on the theme of koinonia and the importance of fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ.
AROMA All-Sports Camp is for young boys and girls wanting to learn and play multiple sports in a positive high-energy environment. Campers are divided into groups based on their age and will enjoy 8 different sports over the course of the week, culminating in a grand Olympic competition.

McBIC will be hosting a blood drive on Tuesday, May 14 from noon–6 p.m. Be a part of the lifesaving cause. Give blood!

The Middle School Retreat is one of the best weekends of the year! A two-night overnight event, to worship, learn and grow together.
Are you new to McBIC? Join us in the McBIC Youth Center (upstairs, rear of the church) beginning at 10:45 through 12:00 on April 28 to connect with our pastors and learn more about the ministries of our church.
All students 6th–12th grade are invited to play in the battleball tournament (cost is $20 and includes dinner) at Camp Hill UMC. No cost if you just want to hang out or attend the worship night from 6–8 p.m.
Middle School & High School Youth have the opportunity to learn about our community and ways to actively serve the people within in through this service project.
In conjunction with Messiah University’s Service Day, McBIC will be hosting a work day. This is a great day to connect with others from Messiah and get a lot of projects taken care of here at the church. Lunch will be provided.
Led by local pastors, prayer walkers will start at one of several prayer sites and then cover the surrounding area in prayer. All participants will join together at noon at the Mechanicsburg First Church of God on the square (28 East Main Street) for closing prayer and worship. All are welcome!
McBIC's Last Supper event will be an opportunity for the McBIC community to gather in homes or at the church on Maundy Thursday (March 28) or Good Friday (March 29) to remember Jesus' final week, share a meal, read Scripture, and take communion together.

A great way to find your place in connecting with others is to attend our Discover McBIC class, the next one will be held next Sunday, February 11 from 9:30-noon. This class walks you through what McBIC is about including our beliefs, values and is also the first step towards membership.
"The Steps to Freedom in Christ" outlines the seven steps necessary to obtain freedom in Christ Jesus. Each step provides an overview of the process for completing that step along with applicable Scripture references and activities.
This Bible study challenges men and women to see what God’s word will reveal to them through a high-level look at scriptures. This spring, we will be studying the book of Acts, beginning with chapter 13.

In this women's study, join with six beloved Bible teachers (Jackie Hill Perry, Kristi McLelland, Kelly Minter, Jada Edwards, Jennifer Rothschild, and Jen Wilkin) who will help you study prayers in the Bible that can inspire your own.
In this study, we will plan to go verse by verse in studying the book of 1 Corinthians. There will be daily readings and a few discussion questions each week.
Join us in the McBIC Worship Center after the 11 a.m. service as we look back on the past year, approve the 2024 budget, and vote for Church Board members. Only McBIC members can vote, but all are welcome to attend. Lunch will be provided.
ZETEO is an intimate, retreat-style conference hosted by Salt 'n Light Youth Ministry. Students will have the chance to worship, watch creative arts, and hear a speaker as they dive into their faith in Jesus.
